Don't get fooled by number of cells in so-called "stromal vascular fraction". When you read billions, it just means blood cells, the real number of powerful mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) is the same, within few millions per 100gr of fat tissue.
Whereas effect of MSCs is under extensive research and close to wide understanding, the effect of the other cells in SVF is speculated only. The presence of different kind of blood cells could be even harmful from immunologic point of view, in particular when introduced into joint environment.
When somebody claims harvest of billions of cells out of fat tissue, it sounds funny. Because in that case, why should we kick all those cells out of fat sample? Take the whole minced fat and use as suggested! Nobody does it, cause then there is no business! Looks like scam, isn't it?
